Super Lawyers. Each year, only 5 percent of all lawyers in the state are chosen by the Super Lawyers research team to receive this honor.
Pathman heads the firm’s land use, zoning, and environmental law section, while Lewis is head of the firm’s real estate and banking departments.

Pathman represents businesses, developers and individuals before administrative and regulatory bodies at the municipal, state and federal levels in land use, zoning, and environmental matters.
Pathman is the chair of the City of Miami’s Sea Level Rise Committee. He brought sea level rise to the forefront in Miami Beach and Miami. He is the chairman of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Lewis is an experienced real estate corporate and transactional lawyer. His areas of practice include real estate and asset-based lending, loan workouts and debt restructuring, and real estate acquisition and development, including condominiums. He represents numerous businesses, both large and small.
Lewis a longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) and has served as its president.
